Terms & Conditions

Scopetics provides an embeddable AI agent that qualifies inbound leads on your website against knowledge you supply — your portfolio, pricing thresholds, and ideal-client rules — and generates structured scope briefs. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan and are described on our pricing page.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you will not:

• Upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Use the service to collect data deceptively or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent usage limits of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

You retain ownership of the documents, portfolio, and configuration you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to upload it and for its accuracy.

Scope briefs, qualification verdicts, and other AI-generated outputs are provided to assist your judgement, not replace it. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on outputs, including which leads you accept or decline.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Fees are stated on the pricing page and exclude taxes unless noted. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may offer a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin. If you do not subscribe, your account may be paused or limited after the trial ends. We may change or withdraw trial terms at any time.

You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where practicable.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: legal@scopetics.com.
